Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”; consequently, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Original Shipping paid by Buyer is not refundable.
Defective Items: A customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number & a Prepaid UPS Ground Shipping Label. We test all items claimed defective upon return, and if found to be in working condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply & the cost of the shipping label, in addition to Original Shipping paid by the Buyer not refundable. All items claimed defective must be returned to be tested for the defect before a refund is issued or an exchange is sent at no cost to the buyer.
