Original Owner: Frank Rossi who was well known in Napa for his antique car collection – all of which he restored in his garage, with original parts and hand-crafted upholstery. Frank received top honors for his restored vehicles and donated a few to museums. In addition to this 1915 Touring Car, one of his biggest contributions was a 1913 Ford Model T that he restored. It won top honors at the 9th Annual Silverado Concors d’elegance in 1971 which he donated to the museum.
