There is a 225.00 transfer fee that will be added to the final purchase price. After payment is received all claim location information will be emailed over within 48 hours.

The quitclaim will be submitted to the BLM within 45 days of receiving payment. Given the nature of the BLM, their processing of the quitclaim can take up to 180 days, if not longer. PLEASE NOTE: All you will receive is a copy of the quitclaim once the BLM has adjudicated it, noting else… so please do not ask when you will receive paperwork. Messaging, asking for updates will not expedite the process, I work as quickly as I can. Once the BLM has certified the quitclaim I will mail a copy of it over for your records. Please do any relevant researched needed so you as a buyer fully understand the process and how it works.

As with all un-patented mining claims, one must understand the laws and restrictions of the area, forest district and county. It’s important to do your research about un-patented mining claims. This is a full ownership of mineral rights and does not grant the buyer the full rights and title of the land.
