1998 Pleasure-Way Excel MP 19ft. Class B Motorhome Camper Van w/ Electric Sofa

This Pleasure-way has the optional electric convertible sofa in the rear. It has a stand alone bathroom with shower. All of the plumbing, electrical, and appliances operate properly. It’s running and driving great. The lower passenger side rear corner has had some body work/paint work done to it. The following list of repairs have been recently made to the van:

-new windshield

-new tires

-brand new upper and lower ball joints

-brand new hot water heater

-transmission has been rebuilt

-dash ac serviced

-generator serviced 2 years ago but not turning over

-new coach battery

-spare tire bracket removed and powder coated

-running lights replaced

-new fuel filler neck hose and gaskets

-exterior resealed

-detailing

Has new tires. Replaced windshield through Safelite, which comes with a warranty. Paint shows wear consistent with its age. A/C blows cold, but only on max speed. Has working radio. Extendable canopy needs new clip but fully extends and works. New control unit has recently been installed. Fridge runs off of auxiliary power or propane. Gas stove works. Generator is not currently working. Needs a new starter installed – I have the part that I will provide. All auxiliary powered items are working, except for the rear TV/VCR. Rear seat folds down into a full size bed. Has privacy curtains all the way around. Extendable windows. Has two front captains chairs that swivel backwards with collapsible table for your leisure time when parked! I have not used anything in the restroom. Everything in there works and there is a new water heater.
