located in Waynesboro, PA. Unfinished Tiny house on wheels, shell. Airbnb potential or just a really awesome shed. Built on a two axle deck over trailer. Only worked on the outside. The inside isn’t finished. There’s nothing inside. It needs walls and the floors need finished. The town put a stop to it before I could finish it. I dont have any photos of the inside. The inside is just framed 2x4s. The whole thing is 8.5’x13.5′ and the walls are 7′-8′. It’s new, built in 2025 on a new trailer purchased in 2024. the roof is zip system sheathing with rolled rubber roofing (silicone). still needs metal drip edge, if desired. comes with new 50 gallon water barrel, new sink, new pump, pex fittings, two 440 watt bifacial solar panels, mini fridge, and toaster oven.
