The Old Lighthouse Diner 1/4 mile to the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel.

It should be open at least from 7am to 9pm at night 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 

Sundays are closed, but a very very busy day, if you so choose to be open.

Present Hours of Operation

7:30 am – 1:30 pm, Monday – Saturday, closed Sundays, Thanksgiving & Christmas;Employees: 52 Servers – $5 per hour and only tips declared are credit card tips;

2 Cooks – $10 per hour;

Dishwasher: $9.50 per hour;

Manager – $700 per week, also works as a server, declares only credit card tips, manager also gets 1 week paid vacation per year plus 2 days off & paid for anniversary of marriage only;

Diner will be fully stocked until Closing at Title company here in Bristol, TN.

All employees are paid for Thanksgiving & Christmas Day, I normally close. To be paid for Thanksgiving and Christmas all employees must work the day before and the day after the holiday.The business, inventory, furniture, appliances, and real estate, the selling Price is $950,000, $400k down payment and I will hold the note by financing @ 6%  for 12years, 

This is currently owner operated, but I am only operating 7 hours per day, but it should be running 14-16 hours per day. 

Where the property is located, the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel is presently being constructed, just about 1/4 mile up the street. I am the closes Restaurant to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
