Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time.    

This legal electronic agreement also acknowledges that if a vehicle is under factory warranty then a warranty conveys to the purchaser.

If a vehicle is not under factory warranty then it is sold  _ as-is __no warranty. 

 We repeat there is no warranty on vehicles .  It is possible that a used vehicle could encounter problems after purchase. It is possible that a vehicle could perform for years without any problems.  As a purchaser of a used vehicle you must be responsible for checking over or having a service check over vehicle before purchase.

Therefore you  are responsible for your vehicle after purchase.

Also, any legal proceedings brought about by purchasers of vehicles that are sold  causing The Car Guys or any of its officers or employees to defend itself or respond to legal proceedings will be held liable for attorney fees , costs of travel, and all reasonable costs associated with defense.

 Unless otherwise stated this vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied, other than any existing factory warranty that may still remain. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer’s request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Winning bidders are responsible for paying taxes and all DMV and related fees in the state in which the vehicle will be titled in. There will be a $195 Dealer Conveyance Fee added to all sales,no exceptions! The fee covers the processing of paperwork,tag and title documents, vehicle prep, and overnight charges.
