Disclaimer:

1. For eBay and out of state sales we take CASH or PRE-ARRANGE WIRE TRANSFER ONLY!
2. INITIAL $500 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
3. Deposit is transferable to another RV or purchase at our store.
4. $500 DEPOSIT IS DUE NO LATER THEN 24 HOURS AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS OR WHEN YOU CHOOSE BUY IT NOW.

Terms of sale for RV’s:

AS-IS SALES:

1. The sale of an RV is JUST AS IT IS. We do not perforn any work to it.
   • That does not mean it has any issues (We fully disclose any issues discovered in our advertisement).
   • We do not have the time to put every RV through an inspection at our shop.
   • Customers can save a lot of money on older wholesale RV’s by doing some repairs themselves.
   • You are welcome to conduct an inspecition of the RV or hire a company to do so.
2. If you are purchasing an RV from the State of Maryland we must collect tax and tag fees in addition to the sale.
3. At your request we an issue you a temp tag: Cost $40
4. Final payment for an RV can be made in CASH OR PRE-ARRANGED WIRE TRANSFER ONLY! No exceptions.
   • We take a maximum of $500 on a credit card of any type.
5. As with any used RV you purchase, wether it is from us or someone else, please have seasonal maintenance done. Have your seals checked and resealed if necessary. At a minimum this should be done annually.
6. Reminder: WE DO NOT SHIP!
7. Notice to Bidders: The vehicles we list for sale on eBay are for sale at our retail location. Thus, we reserve the right to terminate an Auction or Buy It Now sale at any time. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding availability.  

TERMS

1. Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you’re not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay’s User Agreement for details.
2. All winning bids or buy it now sales must be picked up within 7 days from auction end or date of purchase. 
3. Leo’s Vacation Center retains the right to;
   • Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.
   • Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.
4. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.
5. Special eBay Bid Retraction Rules: “Please read eBay’s “Retracting a Bid”
   1. If you placed a bid before the last 12-hour peroid of the auction:
      • You may retract that bid before the last 12-hour period but only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction.
   2. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction:
      • You will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.
6. Buyer’s Inspection: Leo’s Vacation Center has done it’s due dilligence to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction/sale. Leo’s welcomes a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any are the Buyers responsibility.

Representations and Warranties made by the seller:

1. Vehicles being sold AS-IS have no warranty.
   • In some instances an extended warranty may be available, please contact us for details. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representation or warranties relied upon by bidder in making bids.

Taxes and Registration Fees:

1. Out of State buyers are responsible for all state, county, city, taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered in the buyers respective state.

Title Information:

1. Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we ususally have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by bank or cashier’s check we will hold all titles for 21 days or until funds have cleared. 

Shipping and Delivery:

1. All shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility. Leo’s will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed carriers are generally insured. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our dealership. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Leo’s.

Finalizing Your Purchase:

1. Leo’s Vacation Center will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes.
2. Successful  high bidders MUST communicate with Tom at Leo’s Vacation Center by email tom@leosrv.com or by phone 843-900-4543 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete your transaction.
   • If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other buyer.
3. In order to secure a bid on a vehicle, the successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a non-Refundable Deposit Payment of $500 via credit card, cash in person, eBay or bank certified funds (wire transfer). Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by cash in person, or bank certified funds (wire transfer) to Seller.
4. At time of sending initial deposit;
   1. Buyers MUST email a copy of their State issued valid Drivers License, Front and Back.
   2. Also, a copy of VALID insurance for a tow vehicle or insurance declaration for a motorized unit.
   3. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned to Seller.
