PLEASE READ THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU BID. IF YOU HAVE QUESTION ABOUT THE SALE, DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING. PLEASE CALL US. THIS IS NOT A GAME!!

• You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! As a company policy, we do not disclose reserve on live auctions, please do not insist, offers will be considered. No reserve will be disclose under any circumstances. On NO-reserve auctions, only offers will be accepted (from buyers side), NO BUY IT NOW PRICE what so ever. Highest bidder will always be consider, the item goes to the highest bidders, No reserve auction means you are really buying it, if you bid and do not honor the bid; will be consider as breach of contract, bidder will be reported to eBay and prosecuted. (Read eBay agreement for more information). Under special circumstances and with supervisor approval, some retraction, may be accepted. The request must be in writing and notified to eBay. Vehicle inspectors or mechanics are most welcome to inspect the cars, before the auction ends.
• Because we sell our cars at wholesales prices, all sales will be charged a modest $499.00 dealer fee for courier and other expenses that we incur to complete each and every transaction. This fee is necessary so that we can continue to be very competitive.
• Your bid is a binding legal contract, so consider your bid carefully before placing it. For more information, please review the terms of eBay’s User Agreement which every eBay member accepted during registration.
• Did you know that all bids of $15,000 and above require a credit card or alternative ID on file with eBay? Don’t get caught at the last minute and lose your bid Verify yourself now.
• Bidders must be able to pay cash in person or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before bidding on these vehicles! Unqualified Bidding, Bid Shielding, Auction Interference, and any form of harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. We are professionals in the business of selling vehicles. We take our eBay auctions very seriously and so should you. Appropriate feedback will be left for all transactions!

  DEPOSIT OF $500.00 PAYPAL MUST BE SENT WITHIN 8 HOURS FROM THE END OF THE AUCTION. CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR BANK WIRE TRANSFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED UPON SUPERVISOR’S APPROVAL.
  
  Full payment must be made within 5 days from the end of the auction. All checks (cashier’s checks, money orders only, No personal checks (upon supervisor approval). • Please note: All vehicles are sold as-is, no warranty, expressed or implied, from the seller. However, it may be manufacture warranty, please check with the current dealer. All information we have provided regarding this vehicle is to the best of our knowledge. Keep in mind, you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and some items such as: CD-Changers magazines, lighters, books & records, floor mats, etc. may be missing and some worn out maybe on it’s place. We will make any effort to describe the vehicle as accurate as possible. You are purchasing a vehicle at wholesale value, you must be realistic in your expectations. Inspection Solutions, inspectors are most welcome, before the auction end. After the auction end inspector will be allowed upon supervisor approval.
• We reserve the right cancel this auction at any time, we reserve the right to cancel bidding from unwanted bidders. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive negative feedback. Zero feedback means; you need to contact me by phone before we consider to accept your bid. No phone call, means you are automatic banned from my auctions, without notification. We also reserve the right to cancel any personal offers at any time and without notification. Bid retractions are under any circumstances NOT allowed on NO RESERVE auction, retractions will lead to cancel such auction.
