On Ebay, I am representing the owner of this Motor Home, purchased in June 2021. It had 14194 miles on the odometer. It now has 20400 miles on it. It is the Prestige Series, and is fully loaded for comfort. I have included the list of the impressive standard equipment in the RV. 

The 29MVP Greyhawk Prestige has an exterior length of 32′ 6″ The RV is on a FORD E-450 chassis powered by a 7.3 L 350 H.P. V-8 producing 468 ft.pds. of torque. It is equipped with a 6 speed TorqShift automatic transmission with overdrive. 

Everything works as it should. All maintenance was performed as required during his ownership. It was always professionally winterized at the end of the season.    

The owner always had the RV stored inside a building. 

An interior option of “theater seating”, only available on the Prestige Series, replaced the tri-fold sofa. There are three televisions with cable ready wiring in the RV. The RV has the optional large refrigerator. The owner is including all the needed hoses required for hook up to campground facilities. Included is a set of tire covers used to protect the tires from UV damage. Two front windshield privacy covers are included. The included water pressure regulator valve prevents damage to the plastic pipes when hooked up at the campground. The power cable for campground hook up includes adapters to accommodate all manner of power sockets. Miscellaneous items needed at a campground are stored in the various storage compartment. The radio installed at the dealer by the first owner is blue tooth ready. An optional tire pressure monitor display screen is mounted on the dash. Both the original owner, and the current owner, maintained a non smoking RV.  This “top of the line” Jayco RV is “turn key” ready to go. The owner and his wife enjoyed this RV, but he is now ready to offer it for sale.

The only damage to the RV is a small gouge in the floor behind the driver’s seat, (see photo) and the plastic fender flair on the driver’s side rear wheel opening was broken.

All the documents from Jayco are included, along with the Ford owners manual. 

The RV is sold “as is”, and a $200.00 non refundable deposit is required.

A word about the general condition of the units I list.

My goal, and your expectation, is that the condition of the vehicle listed is truthful, accurate and reasonable. To verify the mechanical condition, most of my cars are independently inspected, sometimes by a franchise dealer, and the actual inspection report is scanned as part of the auction. It is not reasonable for me to state that any car I list for sale has “No Paintwork” or “Never Damaged in Any Way”. As a dealer I don’t have the benefit of direct knowledge of an automobile’s history since new. I will note any obvious and apparent paintwork on all cars. Obvious and apparent paint work is any area on the car where the paint does not match the quality of the paint on the rest of the car or any complete car where the paint does not appear to be the quality of factory paint as seen by an individual with reasonable automotive experience. I will rarely mark a vehicle older than 5 model years above a “good” on the detailed condition area on the auction listing due to the age of the vehicle.

I’ve bought 3 cars sight unseen over the past 10 years (one on ebay)- one was better than expected (the one I bought on ebay) one was exactly as expected and one was much worse than I expected. I remember taking inventory of the many things that needed to be done on that “let down” car and thinking how I never want to do that again. I don’t want to sell you a car that you’re not happy with. If at the time you pick the automobile up and it’s not what you expect then you are under no obligation to complete the purchase. I will return any deposit but I cannot reimburse traveling expenses or transportation charges.
