Payment Policy

1. Please note that we do not charge any taxes. If there are taxes displayed when you make the payment, eBay will collect them on behalf of the government. If you have any questions, please contact eBay customer service.

2. We will start preparing for shipment after you make the payment. If your offer has been accepted by us, please make the payment as soon as possible to avoid the inventory being bought by others

Shipping Policy

1. We will contact you before shipment to discuss delivery matters

2. Can you tell me your complete address during the consultation, as we need to know if this is a commercial or residential address, and if there are any other restrictions

3. Please leave a message if you have a forklift to unload the goods, as our goods are too large. If you do not have a forklift, we need to decide whether we can provide a liftgate based on the size of the goods. If the size of the goods exceeds the limit, you will need to prepare your own forklift to unload the goods

4. In most cases, we can provide free shipping to addresses around our warehouse. However, if we find that the shipping cost to your address is too high after checking, we will charge you a portion of the shipping cost again. Please understand that this is also our guarantee of providing discounted prices to all customers

5. If you receive damaged products, please notify us via email and keep pictures and packaging from the time of delivery

Returns Policy

All of our products are sold with at least a One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.  If you receive an item that becomes inoperative within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you will be required to exercise your warranty directly with the manufacturer for the repair or replacement of the product.  We will not accept product returns which are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty

Buy attachment online from Landhonor Industry with a peace of mind, knowing your purchase is backed by the years of experience our technical team possesses.  All of our machines come with a one year warranty whereby we offer some spare parts during the warranty【Under non-human damage】.  Please note we do not cover the logistics costs and the labour involved.

SHIPPING

If you make the payment before 8am, all orders will be shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 8am will be shipped on the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. We do not ship to post office boxes or any type of mailbox.  

After the order is processed, tracking information will be automatically sent to you.  

If your order was placed before or after our deadline, please send us an email to see if your order was received in the final batch. Friday’s overnight orders will be shipped on Monday.

If there are any problems with your order please contact us immediately. We are more than willing to help you out with any problem. If you have any questions or comments you can email us through Ebay. All communication must be done through Ebay’s email platform. Before purchasing an item please make sure that it is compatible. You can always contact us if you are unsure. We take care of every problem that is brought to our attention and we answer every email that is sent to us. If we do not get back to you within 24 hours M-F please email us again because we probably did not get the email.
