Our excavators are available on either pre-order or in-stock basis.  Pre-order listings are always provided with estimated date of availability due to complex trans-Pacific ocean logistics and tedious customs clearance process.  In-stock listings are immediately available for pick-up (local customers) or nationwide freight shipping (remote customers).  All of our equipment are securely stored at our contracted yard in Long Beach, CA 90813.  If you cannot seem to find what you need for your particular project, please leave us a message via eBay and let us know more about your specific applications/ project, excavator weight range, track preference (steel vs. rubber), … and someone from our team will get in touch with you.  ​​​​​​​

Electronic Payment. All payments are backed by eBay Business Equipment Purchase Protection (BEPP) program.  Cash payments at pick up is an alternative payment method for local customers.​​​​​​​  Electronic bank wire transfer (an acceptable payment method by eBay for heavy equipment category) is the most popular payment method for remote buyers.  

Sales Tax.  Due to Supreme Court ruling in favor of South Dakota on June 21, 2018 on the landmark sales tax case of South Dakota vs. Wayfair, an online seller must collect and remit sales tax on any sales delivered to a particular state where such seller have established a physical or economic nexus.  As of August 2022, we have not established any physical or economic nexuses with any states outside of California.  Hence, we do not collect California sales tax on your purchase if your ship-to address is not from California AND you choose “wire transfer” as your payment method.  On the contrary, even if your ship-to address is not from California, but you choose to pay for the order via PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, eBay will automatically calculate and collect sales tax based on your ship-to address. 

California Customers.  We are a registered California LLC entity with a valid seller’s permit (our seller permit number is 219894272).  Thus, our California customers are required to pay all applicable state, district, and local sales tax, unless a valid tax exemption or resale certificate is provided.  Sales tax is calculated based on delivery destination.  We reserve the right to charge any and all applicable taxes as required by local jurisdictions.  Whether you opt to pay via eBay, cash, or wire transfer, we will collect respective sales tax as long as your ship-to address is in California.  For out of state buyers who pay for a licensed, independent, third-party freight carrier or freight broker to ship the purchased equipment to your non-California address, California sales tax is exempt as long as a proper bill of lading is provided from the buyer’s freight carrier.  However, if an out of state buyer decides not to use a third-party shipper and wish to pick up the equipment in person at our Long Beach, CA yard, a combined sales tax rate of 10.25% will be applied as described above without any exceptions. ​​​​​​​

Time to ship your machine! We highly recommend that you work with an experienced broker who carries proper insurance and specializes in heavy equipment trucking.  We highly recommend All-ways Trucking from Medford, Oregon since more than 98% of our customers have used and enjoyed their service.  Their latest shipping costs are estimated above.  In order to comply with eBay’s policy, please review this article below as well as our easy 3-step process:

1. Upon completing the order and payment via eBay, you will receive a 6-digit code from eBay in your My Messages’ inbox.  Our sales invoice and release authorization form will be sent to your registered email within the same day for your review.

2.     **1 YEAR LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY**

    Our limited 1 year warranty covers the replacement cost of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic drive motors & hydraulic swing motor.  We have parts available to repair the Briggs & Stratton engine as well but it is not included in the 1 year warranty as we are not able to oversee the maintenance of the engine.  We also have replacement hydraulic cylinders available for the boom, bucket & front blade.  Our warranty does not cover any necessary labor to diagnose or replace these parts, only the cost of the parts.  We can perform any necessary repairs at our location or we can ship any necessary parts for repair as well.  Most parts can be replaced in minimal time and our in-house technician can guide you through the repair process.  We sell a wide variety of construction equipment and have a dedicated full-time mechanic that can assist in offering customer support after your purchase.
