Inspection: 

Providence Equipment, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Providence”) prides itself on providing sufficient pictures, videos, and description to assist the Buyer in their decision.  Upon request, Providence will provide additional pictures and videos prior to purchase.  Providence STRONGLY encourages the Buyer to come and inspect the machine in person prior to the auctions. Inspections can be completed during business hours.  Please call us at 903-778-2000 with any questions.

Shipping Terms:

Payment:

Payment is due in 5 business days from date of invoice. We only accept wires and certified funds.   ALL FUNDS MUST CLEAR THE BANK BEFORE THE ITEM MAY BE PICKED UP.

Taxes:

Effective immediately, the collection of sales tax in a state is no longer dependent on a seller’s physical presence in a state. Other factors, such as selling online in a state, are considered. The appropriate sales tax will be applied to the sale unless the proper sales tax exemption forms for the taxing state is provided to Providence.

The shipping quote provided in this listing will ship via LTL freight or flatbed hauler to a commercial business location where there is a way that the item can be unloaded from the trailer.

Freight companies typically charge a limited access fee if they are not able to easily maneuver an 18-wheeler around the property. Limited access areas can often include farms, colleges, schools, hospitals, strip malls, restaurants, home based businesses, residences, construction sites or businesses that don't have a dock.

Skid Steer Attachment Warranty - All skid steer attachments are sold with a 30 day warranty against any manufacturer defects. The 30 day warranty does not cover abuse or neglect which is at the discretions of Chupp Industrial.
Aerial Lifts - All aerial lifts are sold with a 30 day warranty.
Portable Restrooms - All portable restrooms are sold with a 60 day warranty.
Mini Skid Steers & Mini Excavators - All mini equipment will be sold with a 1 year limited parts warranty. Our limited 1 year parts warranty covers the replacement cost of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic drive motors and hydraulic swing motor. We have parts available to repair the engine as well, but it is not included in the 1 year warranty as we are not able to oversee the maintenance of the engine. We also have replacement hydraulic cylinders available for the boom, bucket and front blade. Our warranty does not cover any necessary labor to diagnose or replace these parts, only the cost of the parts. We can perform any necessary repairs at our location or we can ship any necessary parts for repair as well. Most parts can be replaced in minimal time and our in-house technician can guide you through the repair process. WE sell a wide variety of construction equipment and have a dedicated full-time mechanic that can assist in offering customer support after your purchase.

All items that qualify for a return must first be approved by Chupp Industrial and must be returned within the 30 day time frame after purchasing. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any return shipping and freight charges.
