For mini excavators, The shipping quote provided in this listing will ship via LTL freight or flatbed hauler to a commercial business location where there is a way that the item can be unloaded from the trailer.

Usually, truck shipping company charge additional fees to residential address/limited access addresses. We can check for you before order.

If you would like this item to be shipped to a residential address/limited access area or if you need a lift-gate (only where it can be accommodated) upon delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote. Freight companies typically charge a limited access fee if they are not able to easily maneuver an 18-wheeler around the property. Limited access areas can often include farms, colleges, schools, hospitals, strip malls, restaurants, home based businesses, residences, construction sites or businesses that don’t have a dock.

Buyer is responsible for unloading the excavator, if there is no forklift available for unloading, you can rent a forklift with lift function to reach the height of the truck carriage.

Warranty:

All mini excavators come with a 1-year limited parts warranty. This warranty covers the replacement cost of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic drive motors. While we also have parts available to repair the engine, the engine itself is not included in the 1-year warranty due to our inability to oversee its maintenance.

Additionally, we offer replacement hydraulic cylinders for the bucket, and front blade.

Please note that our warranty covers only the cost of the parts, not the labor required to diagnose or replace them. We can ship the required parts for repair. Most parts can be replaced quickly, and provide free instructions and videoes to guide you through the repair process.
