When customers purchase products, they should ensure that the size is suitable. If the size is not appropriate and they wish to return the products, the shipping cost will be borne by the customers.

Included pertinent information such as “residential” or “commercial” address, “loading dock ” capable, “forklift” available, etc.   We can provide containerization services as well for an additional cost – please contact us to discuss.

The machine is available for sale locally as well, and is subject to prior sale – please call to insure availability.  The machine is a used machine, and as such is sold as-is, where-is. No warranties are expressed or implied.  Hour meter readings are given as shown/reported, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of such readings. Not responsible for typos – please feel free to call for a detailed description. It is located centrally in Dallas, TX and is available for inspection at anytime – it can be run at any time. TX buyers are subject to all applicable taxes, unless otherwise exempt.  Equipment picked up directly by purchasers also are subject to applicable taxes (must use a common carrier to be exempt). Equipment can be stored at our secured yard for up to 30 days.  After 30 days a storage fee of $15/day will be charged.  Equipment left for 90 days without previous arrangement will be considered abandoned and re-sold – proceeds to be refunded to the buyer minus expenses. Also, please note – we DO NOT send out second-chance offers.
