Buyer is responsible for any or all shipping cost and arrangements; however, we can assist if you in locating a reputable shipper if you like. For quotes on large items please call us at 903-778-2000.  Buyer is solely responsible for shipping items. Buyer’s shipping company sent to our facility must possess a paid invoice with items purchased and bill of lading.  

Terms of Sale Overview

Inspection: 

Providence Equipment, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Providence”) prides itself on providing sufficient pictures, videos, and description to assist the Buyer in their decision.  Upon request, Providence will provide additional pictures and videos prior to purchase.  Providence STRONGLY encourages the Buyer to come and inspect the machine in person prior to the auctions. Inspections can be completed during business hours.  Please call us at 903-778-2000 with any questions.  

Business Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST and by appointment on Saturday.

Shipping Terms:

Buyer is responsible for any or all shipping cost and arrangements; however, we can assist if you in locating a reputable shipper if you like. Payment:

Payment is due in 5 business days from date of invoice. We only accept wires and certified funds.   ALL FUNDS MUST CLEAR THE BANK BEFORE THE ITEM MAY BE PICKED UP.

Taxes:

Effective immediately, the collection of sales tax in a state is no longer dependent on a seller’s physical presence in a state. Other factors, such as selling online in a state, are considered. The appropriate sales tax will be applied to the sale unless the proper sales tax exemption forms for the taxing state is provided to Providence.

Providence Equipment, LLC assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. Items sold As Is, Where Is, with all faults, without any warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description.
