Pre-order listings are always provided with estimated date of availability due to complex trans-Pacific ocean logistics and tedious customs clearance process. In-stock listings are immediately available for pick-up (local customers) or nationwide freight shipping (remote customers). All of our equipment are securely stored at our contracted yard in Long Beach, CA 90813. We guarantee that “what you see is what you get” since we never recycle photography and videography across our listings. We have also invested much efforts in researching original manufacturers’ equipment specifications (working range, engine details, dimensions, …) so you do not have to. Our past customers had made their buying decisions solely based on our provided data & photography. Sales Tax. Due to Supreme Court ruling in favor of South Dakota on June 21, 2018 on the landmark sales tax case of South Dakota vs. Wayfair, an online seller must collect and remit sales tax on any sales delivered to a particular state where such seller have established a physical or economic nexus. As of August 2022, we have not established any physical or economic nexuses with any states outside of California. Hence, we do not collect California sales tax on your purchase if your ship-to address is not from California AND you choose “wire transfer” as your payment method. On the contrary, even if your ship-to address is not from California, but you choose to pay for the order via PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, eBay will automatically calculate and collect sales tax based on your ship-to address.
California Customers. We are a registered California LLC entity with a valid seller’s permit (our seller permit number is 219894272). Thus, our California customers are required to pay all applicable state, district, and local sales tax, unless a valid tax exemption or resale certificate is provided.
