Our shipping logistics partner is responsible for delivering to the designated receiving address. To facilitate the unloading process, it is necessary to have access to either a forklift unloading tool or an unloading platform during the delivery.

• 1. Forklift Requirement: Unloading the machine requires the use of a forklift. Should you not have one available, we recommend either renting a forklift or utilizing a trailer to unload the excavator at the nearest terminal operated by the carrier.

• 2. Pickup with Trailer: Alternatively, you have the option to collect the machine from a nearby courier station. Subsequently, you can arrange for a trailer to be used in transporting the machine to your specified address.

• 3. New Unloading Platform Address: If feasible, you can identify a new address in close proximity to you that offers an unloading platform. Kindly share this new address with us, and we will make arrangements to have the goods sent to this location for your retrieval.
• 4.  Shipping Details: Our packages are dispatched via Priority or RRTS shipping methods. In anticipation of the delivery, the carrier will establish contact with you to coordinate a mutually convenient delivery time.
