Will I be able to schedule my service before placing my order?
Yes. After clicking BOOK NOW, you will be prompted to proceed to the order scheduling page. It is there you will be asked for your appointment preferences. Most orders are completed within 3-5 days of being placed.
Who do I contact if I have questions about an order?
Once your order has been assigned to a provider, all future contact about the project will be between you and the provider. You will be provided with a contact number to reach them in the event you have any questions, comments or concerns once the appointment has been confirmed.
Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are limitations regarding cancellations. See the ‘Cancellation Policy’ for more details.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. If your’re not totally satisfied with the buddy/buddies who completed your project, let us know and we’ll make it right at no extra charge.

How does billing work?
Your credit card will be authorized (but not charged) for the full price of the project(s) once the order has been PLACED. All charges are applied to the credit card on file only after your project has been completed by the service provider. Please review our cancellation policy available online.
Who are the buddies sent to complete the project?
We only partner with established large nationwide providers with a proven track record of performance and reliability. Please see the ‘Our Buddies’ page for more details.
Have the local buddies been fully vetted?
Yes. We require full background checks and ensure that whoever is sent to your home or office is skilled in the do-it-for-me project to be completed.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are Monday-Sunday, 7am to 7pm PST
How are projects priced?
The price you see advertised online is a firm no-haggle price for do-it-for-me ‘s the price you will are not estimates. Projects may also include add-on services such as moving boxes or anchoring items so be sure to go through your project in detail before booking a buddy. Some limitations apply (such as product selected on-line not matching what’s actually on-site), but those can be reviewed in our terms of service section
