This was originally built as the mock up office of a new subdivision and was built to showcase the interior and exterior qualities of the houses that were to be sold. The building was built in 2010 and was built under Austin,TX code of compliance so it has real commercial built quality and materials. It is insulated, has wood and cement board sheathing, fully sheet rocked inside, interior and exterior electrical, flooring is vinyl, insulated window with protective bars, shelving in both areas. It has a AC unit (no heat) installed but we have never tested it and can’t verify it’s operational capacity ( but it worked three years ago). Very solid built structure and built rigid for transport and movement. This is not a converted shed or a pre-built cabin, this is a professional built structure built for a purpose.

It would be really easy to install a bathroom in the closet area because it was designed that way for the clearance so if the office needed a bathroom they could drill the floor for the toilet and supply lines.

As for shipping to your place, it really depends on how far you are away from Austin. The structure is 12ft tall so tell your transport company that. We have a shipper that can transport here within 60 miles but no further if that helps. We can assist your transport company with loading here, we have loaders and forklifts that can assist gently.

Payment would need to be paid within 7 days no exceptions. We will not hold the item until you get here with a payment method unless it is within the 7 day period. We have CC terminal if needed.
