30 Day Returns – Item can be returned within 30 days after it has been delivered, no questions asked. However, we only honor returns for items marked as RETURNS ACCEPTED in the listing description. Items sold AS-IS are sold without any returns, warranties, or guarantees.

90 Day Warranty – After 30 days, we will replace any components that fail in the next 60 days. In the event a replacement part is not suitable, we will work with you to find an acceptable solution.

Item not as described / Defective / Nonworking – As with all used or refurbished items, there may be issues in regards to the item, even when we have gone above and beyond in testing and reviewing all possible issues. We only ask that you inform us of the issue first so that we may have the opportunity to fix it. We strive for 5-star DSR ratings and Positive Feedback, so you can be confident that we will ALWAYS do our best to ensure your concern or issue is handled promptly to your satisfaction. We accept ALL returns for items that are not as described, defective, and non-working.
