This could be your way to go off grid to your favorite non-campground site with the on board generator, 50 gallon fresh water tank, dual grey water tanks and black water tank. It has a V-10 Ford motor and the hitch is 8,000 pound capacity that can tow your favorite toys or if you have a flat towable pickup or jeep it is wired to use a Roadmaster towbar. This well kept coach sleeps 6 on the convertable dinnette, convertable love seat, drop down bed and a king size bed. Its shorter size, under 30′, allows you to get into any state park, commercial campground or your favorite off grid area. It has a backup camera that is viewable on the large screen display in the cabin area. It also has cameras mounted on each of the large side mirrors that come on when you use the turn signals. The black tank has a flushing system built in. The rear grey tank is for the shower and sink in the bathroom. The mid grey tank is for the kitchen both of these will hold 40 gallons. The coach has a large capacity LP gas tank that supplies the cook top, oven and refrigerator when needed. The unit has a self leveling system which provides a level and stable setup. The generator has 23 hours on it and was last serviced in September 2023. The unit has 5300 miles on it.
