AS-IS SALES:

The sale of the RV is just AS-IT -IS.  We do not perform any work to it whatsoever. That does not mean that it has issues (I fully disclose any that I have found or am aware of, in the ad). As hectic as the RV business has been the last few years, we do not have the time to put ever RV through the shop.  Customers can save a lot of money on the older wholesale RV’s by doing some work themselves. If you want an appliance check or Maryland vehicle inspection performed, we will be happy to schedule one for you in addition to the sale. This can be performed before the sale and in a reasonable time to allow you to make a informed decision.

FULL PREP or PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), including a 90 Day warranty:

This means that we run through a checklist of 164 inspection Items (far more than most dealers do) We make sure that everything works properly and all systems are safe (ex: pressure testing the LP gas system, water system etc.) These RV’s come with a FULL SHOWTHROUGH by me on your day of pickup, please note pickup hours in photo section. These also come with a 90 DAY limited warranty that we purchase for you from a nationwide warranty company. It is good anywhere in North America.  This also makes you eligible for an extended warranty if offered for that coach.

MARYLAND INSPECTION and/or APPLIENCE PREP.

This means that at our expense we perform a MD state safety inspection (guaranteed to pass in your state). We may also offer an appliance prep where upon we check, fix and/ or replace any appliances that the RV has. This does not include Generators.

MD inspections are offered for any RV we sell in addition to the sale at customer’s request. The state of MD sets the rate time that is charged. Please call for more info.

 When RV’s are sold with “MD Inspection and Appliance prep” they are otherwise AS-IS. Any additional work you want done on the RV is a service ticket and must be booked after the sale.

SALES IN MARYLAND:

If you are purchasing the RV from the state of MD I must collect tax and tag fees in addition to the sale. If you are purchasing a AS IS RV, I will transfer it to our New Oxford location and it will be a PA out of state deal, unless you have it MD inspected. 

We Also issue you a temp tag if you want one for $20(MD)  $83 (PA).

OUT OF STATE:

Your final price is your winning bid plus $20 for a temp tag, good for 60 days. WE ARE A NO HIDDEN FEES DEALER.

FINNALY:

Truck campers must have MD 6% sale tax collected on pickup. This is not included in price.

As with any used camper you buy from us or anyone else you should seal it up by doing the seasonal maintenance as you would any RV. Check your seals at least 3 times a year. That way you know it’s ready to go camping correctly from the start.

BRAKE CONTROLLERS: You must have a brake controller for most pull behind campers. I mark this on my checklist I send you. If you do not have a brake controller please let me know up front and we can go over options. You should have a brake controller installed BOFORE coming to pickup  your camper.

As with most of my eBay auctions, I go to great lengths to describe accurately the items I am listing and point out any issues it may have. If the camper is being sold AS IS it is JUST AS IT IS. We do check tire pressure and lights to make sure they work before leaving but if they do not work there is no repair. I just inform you of such before pickup. I do NOT leak test the propane nor do I pressure test the water system. If you would like to have that done it can be if you let me know ahead of time, for a nominal charge.

This Europa has 82,645 Miles and has a very rare Cummins Turbo Diesel 5.9 an extremely reliable and simple engine with unbelievable fuel economy and great power. The Engine is mounted in the front with a dog house console as well to remove for easy access. This is an extremely desirable combination, this Europa has been fully serviced and has been extremely well maintained. Everything in this class B RV just shy of 28′ works 100% Since it is a class be a regular drivers license is all you need, it has a Onan 3600 generator, roof AC  all brand new upgraded electronics throughout new flat screen TVs touch screen updated stereo unit. Mechanical: The Cummins 5.9 turbo diesel runs like a day came out of the factory. The transmission shifts flawlessly and has been serviced. The roof AC is ice cold and works perfect. The water pump Works perfect no leaks whatsoever. The The wastewater tank has no leaks. The Onan 3600 generator is ran by propane and works flawlessly with the flick of a switch, Powers the RV perfectly. The gas propane stove which of course works flawlessly as well, the refrigerator’s ice cold either by electric or propane. All lights inside the unit work perfectly. This has a microwave of course, it also has an almost full size refrigerator and freezer. full stand-up shower and mini tub. The roof has no leaks it is a metal roof so no EPDM rubber to worry about and has been freshly coated. The heating unit also works flawlessly. I know this is getting repetitively but there’s absolutely nothing you need to do to this RV every electronic option functions and works perfectly. 

Cosmetics and Interior: As you can see in the photos the RV is in great shape paint shines nicely no major damage of any sort. it is of course a 94 so do expect a little chip or Nick here or there and one little spot on rear bumper which I took a picture of. It is 100% rust-free the undercarriage and frame is perfect. The interior is in great shape no leaks whatsoever. Carpet is nice condition all the seats,beds and so on are in amazing condition. The interior couch folds to a bed the recliner chair also pulls flat. It has a full queen size bed in the back. All power windows also work perfect. 

This Europa is fully self-contained Class B RV. it actually is extremely manageable and easy to drive. we have upgraded two brand new flat screen smart TVs. The stereo unit is all Bluetooth mirror capable touch screen navigation online function as well. this should make it unbelievable RV for a long-term travel living situation or just camping with your family whatever you like. there’s plenty of room. Original 2001 Winnebago Rialta Motorhome. This is the FD model with the optional twin beds. If you research these you’ll learn they are a unique treasure among RV owners. Built by Winnebago in the mid to late 90’s through 2004 on the VW Eurovan this model is the V6 that will not win any races but you will enjoy 17-19 miles per gallon. The only reason they discontinued production is because VW stopped making the Eurovan. Well designed to simplify the RV lifestyle, it’s made for those who prefer not to drag a round a large trailer or monster coach. It can be parked almost anywhere and taken into town for dinner or shopping. About 23′ X 8′ outside dimension keeps travel manageable and fun. Inside there are lots of fun amenities and even a slide out shower with toilet and fold down sink.  My wife and I have owned this for a few years but we finding it hard to find the time to enjoy and my health makes it harder to take care of. This drives beautifully and has many new parts: radiator, cooling fans, water pumps, AC compressor, tires, air springs, reading lamps, new coach batteries, new engine battery and a new plank flooring. I removed the original secured swivel chair and replace with the reclining chair because my wife like to work with her feet up.  I still have the original chair and many assorted parts from owning two Rialta’s over the last 5 years. 2021 Airstream Atlas Murphy Suite. White Leather with White Countertops. Purchased new in 2021. All new RV’s have bugs that need worked out.
