This RV is a like new original owner Jayco Greyhawk 29MV motorhome with only 9,638 miles. It is tastefully designed both inside and out featuring a white exterior with silver graphics coupled with a classy sandlewood interior. It was purchased new in January 2019 and has been professionally maintained and is exceptionally clean (non smoking and pet free) making it ready for instant family adventures. Whether you are an experienced RV’er or a newbie, this motorhome is loaded with great features allowing for an enjoyable getaways. This model sleeps 6-8 and has two slide outs which increases the available space in the both the living area and bedroom. A queen bedroom, cab over bunk, trifold sofa bed, and a dinette booth with an adjustable table provide the 6-8 person sleeping quarters. The kitchen features ample cabinet storage and counter space along with an upgraded 12 cubic ft refrigerator/freezer, residential size microwave, and three burner gas range/oven. Interior lighting comes from recessed LED ceiling lights and sky lights for natural light. There are two LED tvs with cable and satellite hook ups along with an interior command center for controlling various functions. Other interior features include a 6 gal on demand water heater, 15,000 BTU air conditioner and 31,000 BTU furnace. The bathroom features a one piece shower surround and a sliding glass door with a separate space for the toilet and sink. Exterior features include a fiberglass door with power step and keyless touchpad. A 16 foot power awning with LED lights provides shade along the passenger side of the RV.
