This floorplan was only available in 2009 according to NADA.com, however the title is a 2008.

If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimium of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to work.
This motorhome was just driven approx 500 miles with no issues.
There are 3 roof top AC units that turn on and function. However the front AC does not blow cold.
The water system works.
It has 2016 date code tires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
2 QTY fridge works.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
The batteries are older and may need to be replaced.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The jacks do not work and we did not check any further.
The carpet looks good for the age.
The Onan Diesel generator runs and produces power.
The main awnings are electric, the front awning functions proper, the rear does not, it seems that the switch for the awning is stuck, so most likely replace that switch and the rear awning will function as well.
The rear entry door, originally has a step to attach and the step was stores under the floor below the door. The step is missing. The floor under the rear door, at the door frame is a little soft. If you look in the storage area for that step you can see the wood. Should be a easy repair.
The front paint is messed up. It originally had that 3M clear bra and over time it has cracked and someone has painted over and it looks decent but you can still see the cracks.
The ice maker in the rear kitchen was stolen, after the photos were taking.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 14 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

You can pick up the camper anytime during OUR business hours.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform most any service that you need.
