  We are a Truck and Equipment Dealer that sells all types of trucks and heavy equipment .We are located in the Industrial Park in Pearisburg VA on US route 100. We are located at 192 Industrial Park Drive, Pearisburg, VA 24134.  We are approx. 30 miles off of Interstate 81 at exit 118B in VA and 25 miles off of Interstate 77 at exit 9 in WV .We have been in Business over 20 years.  We can arrange shipping on anything to anywhere in the world at very reasonable rates .We can and will help out any way we can on every sale!

Boom & Bucket works with several logistics partners that get your equipment to you safely, on time, and on budget, anywhere in the United States. Once you have a winning bid, we can provide competitive quotes & have your items shipped within 48 hours anywhere in the country! All items are fully insured & permitted during transportation.

All sales are final. If a dispute emerges between the Buyer and Seller after the transaction has taken place, Boom & Bucket reserves the right to evaluate the circumstances of the sale and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the sale should be cancelled and the Unit returned to the Seller. If Boom & Bucket cancels a sale and the Unit has already been delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for safety and security of the Unit until the Unit is returned to the Seller.

TERMS OF SALE

The item to be purchased is being sold ?as is, where is? and the seller makes no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied or statutory, with the respect to the said equipment, nor does it warrant that the equipment is merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. The buyer agrees to furnish and use all required safety equipment required for the operation of this unit. Buyer agrees to train new operators in proper use and safety requirements of this unit. In accepting this bill/invoice of sale, buyer acknowledges the foregoing and agrees to indemnity and hold seller harmless from any and all claims for personal injury and/ or property damage (including injury, or damage of the property of, buyer, his employees, agents, or assigns) arising in any way out of the possession, use or resale of the said equipment by the buyer.  We will provide additional pictures and videos upon costumer?s request. Please take the time to look at and pictures and videos closely. We will explain all equipment to the best of our abilities and are willing to attachment to answer any questions you may have. The information our office provides for the said item to be purchased such as; horsepower, year, serial numbers, weights, lifting capabilities, etc. are taken from sources generally deemed to be correct. We ship throughout the United States and Worldwide. Freight charges are not refundable because of a defective or undesirable machine because the equipment is being sold AS IS, where is. Freight loading hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM eastern standard time.  Our office location does have loading docks for your convenience. PAYMENT

Non-refundable deposit for all purchases must be received within 24 hours from date of purchase. The balance is due in full within 3 business days from the date of purchase.  If you are financing with banks provided from Equipment Resource Corporation, 5 business days from the date of purchase the balance is due in full.  Equipment Resource Corporation will accept the following payment options; wire transfers, cash, credit cards, personal and business checks. Any and all funds must clear our bank before the said item is to be released. Any credit cards transactions will have a 3% convenience charge added to the total charged amount. If you would like send a payment by mail our mailing address is P.O Box 110 Columbus, NJ 08022. Overnight FedEx and UPS will be sent to our office 5232 Route 130 North Bordentown, NJ 08505. Sales tax is 6.625% and will be charged to any and all transactions where applicable
