Our excavators are available on either pre-order or in-stock basis.  Pre-order listings are always provided with estimated date of availability due to complex trans-Pacific ocean logistics and tedious customs clearance process.  In-stock listings are immediately available for pick-up (local customers) or nationwide freight shipping (remote customers).  All of our equipment are securely stored at our contracted yard in Long Beach, CA 90813.  If you cannot seem to find what you need for your particular project, please leave us a message via eBay and let us know more about your specific applications/ project, excavator weight range, track preference (steel vs. rubber), … and someone from our team will get in touch with you.  ​​​​​​​

Sales Tax.  Due to Supreme Court ruling in favor of South Dakota on June 21, 2018 on the landmark sales tax case of South Dakota vs. Wayfair, an online seller must collect and remit sales tax on any sales delivered to a particular state where such seller have established a physical or economic nexus.  As of August 2022, we have not established any physical or economic nexuses with any states outside of California.  Hence, we do not collect California sales tax on your purchase if your ship-to address is not from California AND you choose “wire transfer” as your payment method.  On the contrary, even if your ship-to address is not from California, but you choose to pay for the order via PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, eBay will automatically calculate and collect sales tax based on your ship-to address.

Time to ship your machine! We highly recommend that you work with an experienced broker who carries proper insurance and specializes in heavy equipment trucking.  We highly recommend All-ways Trucking from Medford, Oregon since more than 98% of our customers have used and enjoyed their service.  Their latest shipping costs are estimated above.  In order to comply with eBay’s policy, please review this article below as well as our easy 3-step process:

    1. Cooperate with US BRIGGS & STRATTON Engine to meet USA emission demand.   Other factories can only use common diesel engines, which can not meet the USA and European emission demand.
