ebay

All payments are made through eBay’s secure checkout system. This offers a variety of payment options including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and eBay gift cards. Please follow the checkout process after purchasing an item.

The checkout system ensures that your payment information remains confidential and secure. For more information, please refer to eBay’s official pages on Buyer Protection Program and Seller Protection Program.

So that we can offer you fantastic discounts and a huge range, we quote a delivery time frame for Australian sales of 4 – 8 BUSINESS DAYS after your payment has cleared. This includes our handling time and Australia Post shipping time. We do not estimate a delivery time for international sales, which are sent by Sendle.

In Australia, local orders are shipped using Australia Post Domestic Priority Untracked. We also offer a tracked Registered service through Australia Post. Please note that the handling time is applicable to all orders.

International orders are shipped via Sendle, which includes tracking.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transit if an untracked service is selected. We recommend our buyers opt for tracked shipping services.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges for international sales are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick up the item. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped from our Adelaide warehouse. To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure that your shipping address details are correct when you check out!

How long do I have to pay for my order?

Please note that if we have not heard from you and have not received your payment within 7 days, an automated ‘Unpaid Item Dispute’ will be opened which may result in you receiving an ‘Unpaid Item Strike’ from eBay. Read more about how eBay treats unpaid items HERE.

Multiple Purchases for Combined Shipping Discount

Discount applies on shipping for additional items purchased from our eBay store and this happens automatically. You just need to click on the Buy It Now buttons of the items you want, and when you go to the checkout at the end to pay, eBay combines all items into a single invoice and the shipping discount is applied automatically. Please note that we do not split orders when posting, so the greater of the estimated delivery periods is applicable.

In line with our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards, we only deal with suppliers that supply reliable and trusted products. However if your item is faulty please note that we offer a 7 Day return policy and will kindly accept items that are returned to us within this time. Whilst we do not offer a refund unless the item is significantly not as described, we will happily exchange your item for the same product. To take advantage of our return policy, please message us via the eBay message center within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note if buying a DVD or Blu-ray we strongly suggest all customers check the region code of their item to ensure that it will play in their country, as we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund where the listing is correct.
