If, in our sole discretion, we identify a Defect that is eligible under this guarantee, we may (1) reimburse the Buyer for eligible maintenance or (2) cancel the sale, returning the unit to the Seller and facilitating a refund from the Seller to the Buyer.

If a dispute emerges between the Buyer and Seller after the transaction has taken place, Boom & Bucket reserves the right to evaluate the circumstances of the sale and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the sale should be cancelled and the Unit returned to the Seller. If Boom & Bucket cancels a sale and the Unit has already been delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for safety and security of the Unit until the Unit is returned to the Seller.
