Pre-order listings are always provided with estimated date of availability due to complex trans-Pacific ocean logistics and tedious customs clearance process. In-stock listings are immediately available for pick-up (local customers) or nationwide freight shipping (remote customers). All of our equipment are securely stored at our contracted yard in Long Beach, CA 90813. All of our machines are individually captured with (36) high-resolution photos and one 4-minute demonstration video. We guarantee that “what you see is what you get” since we never recycle photography and videography across our listings. We have also invested much efforts in researching original manufacturers’ equipment specifications (working range, engine details, dimensions, …) so you do not have to. Our past customers had made their buying decisions solely based on our provided data & photography. If the equipment is NOT in stock, we require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,000. If the equipment is in stock, please carefully review eBay purchase policy, and click on BUY IT NOW and COMMIT TO BUY to proceed. Your COMMIT TO BUY action via eBay is a contract to purchase. Please do not COMMIT TO BUY if you cannot follow through with our terms of sales as listed on this posting. As soon as you COMMIT TO BUY, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase this machine. We reserve the right to cancel any suspect offers from buyers with excessive negative or neutral eBay feedback. Electronic Payment. All payments are backed by eBay Business Equipment Purchase Protection (BEPP) program. Cash payments at pick up is an alternative payment method for local customers. Electronic bank wire transfer (an acceptable payment method by eBay for heavy equipment category) is the most popular payment method for remote buyers.
Sales Tax. Due to Supreme Court ruling in favor of South Dakota on June 21, 2018 on the landmark sales tax case of South Dakota vs. Wayfair, an online seller must collect and remit sales tax on any sales delivered to a particular state where such seller have established a physical or economic nexus. As of August 2022, we have not established any physical or economic nexuses with any states outside of California. Hence, we do not collect California sales tax on your purchase if your ship-to address is not from California AND you choose “wire transfer” as your payment method. On the contrary, even if your ship-to address is not from California, but you choose to pay for the order via PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, eBay will automatically calculate and collect sales tax based on your ship-to address.
California Customers. We are a registered California LLC entity with a valid seller’s permit (our seller permit number is 219894272). Thus, our California customers are required to pay all applicable state, district, and local sales tax, unless a valid tax exemption or resale certificate is provided. Sales tax is calculated based on delivery destination. We reserve the right to charge any and all applicable taxes as required by local jurisdictions. Whether you opt to pay via eBay, cash, or wire transfer, we will collect respective sales tax as long as your ship-to address is in California. For out of state buyers who pay for a licensed, independent, third-party freight carrier or freight broker to ship the purchased equipment to your non-California address, California sales tax is exempt as long as a proper bill of lading is provided from the buyer’s freight carrier. However, if an out of state buyer decides not to use a third-party shipper and wish to pick up the equipment in person at our Long Beach, CA yard, a combined sales tax rate of 10.25% will be applied as described above without any exceptions.
Time to ship your machine! We highly recommend that you work with an experienced broker who carries proper insurance and specializes in heavy equipment trucking. We highly recommend All-ways Trucking from Medford, Oregon since more than 98% of our customers have used and enjoyed their service. Their latest shipping costs are estimated above. In order to comply with eBay’s policy, please review this article below as well as our easy 3-step process:
1. Upon completing the order and payment via eBay, you will receive a 6-digit code from eBay in your My Messages’ inbox. Our sales invoice and release authorization form will be sent to your registered email within the same day for your review.
