1. Your order will be processed within 3-5 working days after you make payment. Usually it will takes 7-10 working days for delivery. Transit timevaries and depends on the carrier, we can not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Besides, we offer free shipping except HI, AK, PR and Guam. Fees such as import duties, taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. If you have any needs for local pick up or watching any goods in our warehouse, please contact us via eBay message. Your BOL will be issued by us after you pay on eBay. Please take BOL while picking up the goods in our US warehouse.
3.If shipping address of the receiver is in a remote area, there is a certain situation that eBay may shows your goods has been delivered while you’re not actually. This is happening because the carrier may transfer to your local shipping carrier with no updates information. Please contact us via ebay message before leaving negative feedback or opening any case, we will help you solve it.
4. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RECEIVER SHOULD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXPENSE OF UNLOADING. Heavy goods are going to be shipped by truck, please make sure that the receiver has able to unloading equipments or proper methods for unloading before purchasing.
If you have no able to unloading equipment from truck and accept add liftgate fees on price, you can contact us via eBay messages, we will check liftgate fees for you reference.
Note: In the event the receiver rejects the goods or is unable to complete unloading, the expenses and losses thus entailed shall be borne by the BUYER when package returned. Buyer will issue a refund by deducting the return shipping cost.

2. All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging and content intact. Please note that the seller will deduct 3%-15% depreciation cost if the returned goods is damaged in varying degrees.
