All import taxes/ documentation/EPA certification charges will be paid by us. You will simply have to collect at our Rosemead warehouse and not worry about the import documentation.

If you need to deliver directly to your place, delivery is FREE within mainland USA. 

We ship out within 7-10 work days once payment is received. Actual delivery takes 7-14 days depending on destination.

Please note at times, we may need to send to you nearest logistics warehouse when the trucks cannot deliver to your location.

After payment is made, pls give us 5-10 work days to process your shipment. Actual delivery takes another 7-10 work days.

We will try to ship to your addresses. But in cases whereby there is difficulty unloading the cargo at your place, we will need you to provide a nearby logistics centre address.
