Payment
A&A Enterprises LLC accepts PayPal Payments through eBay for amounts of $1000 or less. We accept bank checks, credit cards (3% service charge) and payment upon pickup.
Payment in full is due within 3 days from purchase date. All items purchased from us can remain at our location for 30 days after purchase date without incurring any additional charges. However, if an item remains at our location for more than 90 days, the item will be sold to recover storage costs and the original purchaser will not receive any of the proceeds. Nonpayment will result in negative feedback.
Terms Of Sale
All items are sold AS-IS, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Please keep that in mind when bidding. Look at all pictures closely, the pictures show the condition of the item you are bidding on. We explain all items to the best of our abilities, and we are more than willing to attempt to answer any questions you may have. The mileage on trucks, and the hours on machines are listed to be known true to the best of our knowledge, however we cannot guarantee their accuracy. These should be used as a reference point. Again, we cannot make any guarantees, all items are sold AS-IS. If you have any hesitations about purchasing this item, please be warned before buying, an item being sold “AS-IS, with no guarantees” means when you purchase the item, it is yours. Purchaser agrees that by committing to purchase the item, Purchaser is entering into a binding contract with Seller. If Purchaser fails to pay for the item within 10 days, and thereby breaches its obligations to Seller, Purchaser agrees to pay to Seller an amount equal to the lesser of fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price or $250 as liquidated damages. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Seller’s harm caused by Purchaser’s breach would be impossible or very difficult to accurately estimate, and that the liquidated damages are a reasonable estimate of the anticipated or actual harm that might arise from Purchaser’s breach. The parties intend that the liquidated damages constitute compensation, and not a penalty. Purchaser’s payment of the liquidated damages is Purchaser’s sole liability and entire obligation and Seller’s exclusive remedy for Purchaser’s breach.
Shipping
We DO NOT offer free shipping unless it is specifically mentioned in the auction description. We move machines all over the country routinely. Most moves to the Midwest are about $1000, and the west coast are generally less than $2000.
All items can be picked up at our location by the purchaser or an authorized representative. We have several loaders and lifts on-site and a loading dock with several different heights. Our loading hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am until 3:00pm. We advise you to call our location to make pickup arrangements so that we can have the item ready when you arrive.
