There’s probably more that I have done that I have forgotten, It’s really probably the best deal in This price range with all of the new upgrades.

DESCRIPTION:This Rv is built on a Chevy 3500 chassis and is powered by an 8 cylinder gas engine with only 91,000 miles on it. This motorhome has been completely brought up to reliable standards, including a NEW TRANSMISSION with approximately 18 months WARRANTY remaining! That alone makes this a very attractive deal, i priced this according to others of the same age and condition but those have NOT been upgraded as mine has! Transmission cost me almost $5,000 by itself and has not been driven since it was installed!

I purchased this for 39k and put another 14k plus into it as I wanted a fully functional reliable vehicle to tour in. I have a long list of upgrades, and receipts for all ! Excellent condition both inside and out, generator turns right on, both dash and roof AC blow cold, must come see and look to appreciate. Only has 91k original miles!

THIS RV DRIVES AMAZING! Straight and comfortable!

Very well taken care of, never abused, non-smoker and never any pets inside.

Fresh tune up and a very long list of repairs,upgrades etc.

Rear dinette, power sofa converts to twin beds or queen bed ,enclosed shower & toilet area,outdoor shower, wardrobe closet, tv in rear, King pro one satellite DISH w WALLY receiver ,microwave oven, 2 burner stove, sink,refrigerator, awning, LED lights,back up camera, 2 new batteries,new hose,new ac cord,ready to go- fully self-contained. It has everything you need for comfort and convenience!

I just had a brand new main water tank installed($1277) Just had a complete tuneup, new filters, fresh oil, new spark plugs, new belt, new belt control arm, two brand new tires- (so it has 4 good tires plus one good spare), two brand new batteries, brand new LED lights front and back, including brand new headlight enclosures in the front with new LED lamps!

other new parts include a brand new bumper cover,interior led lights,more. The generator only has 14 Hours on it!!New external electric outlet and it has a new cover.

New sewage drain valve outlet. New king pro satellite dish tv mounted on roof with Wally receiver and new television! New Back up camera.
