Phenomenal 2022 Thor Scope 18M Class B van that makes traveling fun. It’s large enough to be comfortable yet small enough to fit in a regular parking spot. Every amenity you need is available here. A/C, Heat, hot water, cooktop, refrigerator, shower, toilet, generator. It has one small solar panel on the roof used to charge the battery for onboard rv systems. The solar will not run the air condition, however, the generator runs the A/C perfectly. A surprising amount of storage for a small travel vehicle. It sleeps two comfortably on the 48×72 bed when the couch is opened. If you’re a solo traveller the bed is large enough for one without opening the couch. The front captains chairs swivel to make a very comfortable space when not driving.

We purchased the van from the original owner with approximately 22,000 miles and its been dealer serviced with synthetic oil at each oil change. No mechanical issues wth the van. All RV systems work as designed.

We love the van but have decided to go back to a travel trailer.

To verify the mechanical condition, most of my cars are independently inspected, sometimes by a franchise dealer, and the actual inspection report is scanned as part of the auction. It is not reasonable for me to state that any car I list for sale has “No Paintwork” or “Never Damaged in Any Way”. As a dealer I don’t have the benefit of direct knowledge of an automobile’s history since new. I will note any obvious and apparent paintwork on all cars. Obvious and apparent paint work is any area on the car where the paint does not match the quality of the paint on the rest of the car or any complete car where the paint does not appear to be the quality of factory paint as seen by an individual with reasonable automotive experience. I will rarely mark a vehicle older than 5 model years above a “good” on the detailed condition area on the auction listing due to the age of the vehicle.

I’ve bought 3 cars sight unseen over the past 10 years (one on ebay)- one was better than expected (the one I bought on ebay) one was exactly as expected and one was much worse than I expected. I remember taking inventory of the many things that needed to be done on that “let down” car and thinking how I never want to do that again. I don’t want to sell you a car that you’re not happy with. If at the time you pick the automobile up and it’s not what you expect then you are under no obligation to complete the purchase. I will return any deposit but I cannot reimburse traveling expenses or transportation charges.

Taxes and Registration Fees:

Out of State buyers are responsible for all state, county, city, taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered in the buyers respective state.

Title Information:

Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we ususally have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by bank or cashier’s check we will hold all titles for 21 days or until funds have cleared.

Shipping and Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility. Leo’s will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed carriers are generally insured. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our dealership. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Leo’s.

Finalizing Your Purchase:

Leo’s Vacation Center will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes.
Successful high bidders MUST communicate with Tom at Leo’s Vacation Center by email tom@leosrv.com or by phone 843-900-4543 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete your transaction.
