Tiny home for sale. Home is 192 square feet, featuring two lofts, one for sleeping and one for storage, 50 amp power, flush toilet, and mini-split for heating and cooling. Currently parked on a beautiful piece of land in Leicester with space to garden and friendly neighbors. Lot rent is $600 a month, land owner is very flexible with how you use the space. We will leave behind several large raised beds for gardening. Keep it where it is or move to your own land! 

House can be plugged in via an RV cable plug (how it is currently set up) or wired like a mobile home. When we originally purchased the home, the builders said the electrical panel is set up to be easily swapped for a 100 amp system if desired. 

Great buy for someone with handyman skills. This house was built by Tiny Homes of Maine and used as a display home at their warehouse in Houlton, Maine until we purchased it in 2021. The home was damaged by flooding in hurricane Fred in August 2021. The interior was rebuilt by local contractors and the home was professionally remediated against mold. However, there are a handful of unfinished projects and/or repairs from our time living in the home such as small cracks in the dry wall, a missing lighting fixture in the kitchen, and missing trim in a few places. Electricity is not currently operational in the bathroom or sleeping loft.
