Due to a move, we are selling 2 residential containers that served as cinema dressing rooms.
Available after May 1, 2025.
They have always been kept very well, absolutely clean and fragrant, inside a closed space (which you can see in the photos).
They are new without defects, made with insulated containers, completely renovated, with a new and compliant electrical system.
The flooring has been redone and has benefited from sound insulation (they are as quiet as a house).
Both modules shown in the photos are available.

On the front, a sun has been painted with enamel and gold and small sparkling mirrors have been added. The other walls are white.
They are sold separately or together, both as they are or partially furnished (we are open to negotiation).
We provide our transporter for collection and delivery, price to be agreed based on the area where they need to be taken.
They are currently located inside a warehouse in Assago Milano Fiori, in the studio of the artist Amira Munteanu Bergmann. (you can do the necessary reliability checks).
TRANSPORT:
The cost of transport with a specialized truck is 1000 DOLLARS per container from the place where it is located (the area of Milan and province – Assago Municipality – Lombardy – Italy) to the port of Genoa (Italy) where it is delivered to the buyer and loaded onto a ship.
The BUYER must contact his trusted broker, a naval transporter who can take care of the collection at the port of Genoa (Italy), transport and delivery to his home.
Therefore the cost of 1000 dollars is valid only for transport on Italian territory, until delivery to the broker. From that moment the responsibility for transport is of the buyer!
