This is a rugged, craftman’s tiny home on wheels. It’s just a shell. The Interior is not done.

Here are the details:

– 20ft long, 8ft wide. Interior height is 8ft.

– Exterior height, from ground to roof is 11.5ft.

– 6ft X 8ft deck, with foldaway stairs.

– Solid pine, board and batten siding.

– 3/4 in plywood subfloor. The subfloor is insulated, and the exterior bottom is flashed with heavy guage sheet metal.

– Roofing is residential roof tin.

– 36 inch front door. 1 double hung window, and 2 picture windows.

Unlike a shed or a camper, this tiny house is very heavy duty. The handrails are made of white oak lumber. Bring someone who knows about construction with you to check it out. This will be great for homesteading, camping, or off grid living.

Asking price is $8400.  Bill of sale only, no title. VIN of trailer is registered to me as a home-made trailer, so i was able to get a license plate for It. We do offer shipping. However we would have to verify that our carrier can deliver to your location prior to you purchasing it. You would need to have the equipment to unload it off a flatbed trailer. Telehandler is best, however a Skidsteer that is a Kubota slv75 or greater will be able to handle it. Must have fork extensions. Anything of smaller size probably won’t. Based upon experience. A forklift with extensions will work as well as long as it has a 4k lifting capacity
