2013 Roadtrek Nav6 Active Class B Motorhome Popup Campervan

This is a 2013 Roadtrek mod on a 2012 Nissan NV2500-HD chassis (all steel body). This is a 6 seater (with a motorized popup) campervan that sleeps up to 5. Under the hood is a 5.6L V8 engine with 317hp and 385 lb-ft of torque. It is amazingly powerful offroad and on highways. It has 70psi tires in the rear and 50psi tires in the front (all pretty new). My family has taken this van camping, hiking, climbing, trekking and on just about any road trip with a 3+ hour drive. We’ve enjoyed it in the mountains with very tight turns and uneven terrain, we’ve enjoyed it at the beach while the kids play in the sand, we’ve enjoyed it at the park and we’ve used it while watching our kids’ sporting/outdoor events. Just swivel the seats to face their direction, slide open the huge side door and hand the kiddos cold drinks and snacks from the refrigerator/cooler. It looks like a large SUV (check out the pics), but converts into an amazing camper van with a full-sized bed conversion of the backseat and a queen-sized bed in the pop up. This van has multiple 110 outlets (like 14 or so), multiple 12v outlets (like 7 or so), a microwave, a refrigerator/cooler with an adjacent dry storage bin and an app radio that we recently installed (connects to your cell phone and puts all your apps on the radio screen – especially Google Maps) with backup camera. The front driver, front passenger and second row captain’s chairs all swivel 360 degrees so you can face the seats towards each other and allows up to 4 passengers to make use of the pedestal table (stored over the cab in the popup) that mounts in two different places inside the cab. It has a low enough rear deck that we don’t have to reach way up to take things out of the back (everything is between waist and eye level). There is enough room between the driver and passenger seats, so we had a 12V full sized cooler/freezer in that space (not included with this sale, but I would strongly encourage buying one) so we could carry ice, frozen microwaveable stuff and enjoy popsicles and ice cream as well as cool drinks, sandwiches and snacks in the refrigerator/cooler in the rear.

More specs:

1250W power inverter, two 6V auxiliary AGM Deep cycle batteries for the cabin (220 total amp hours), external electrical hookup with high capacity extension cables and adaptors for both 30A and 50A plug ins. It has a full sized spare on a rim mounted beneath the rear.

So if it’s so great, why are we selling it? Simple, our 3 boys are growing up and we want a Class A. We love our Nav6 Active and have taken great care of her.

Issues that we see:

There are some small microcracks (~1/2 inch) on the faux leather where the seatbelt comes out of the seat for the 2nd row captains chairs, the pump/heater for the 5G water can to the sink needs to be replaced (we never used it), there is a little wear on the faux leather lids to the refrigerator/cooler (tiny, but they are there) and there is some fraying of the 2nd row seatbelt. The original power indicator panel is very scratched up and hard to read (so we just installed a nicer one adjacent to it). The interior rear bench seat probably needs the bolts tightened down (if there is no one in the 3rd row, we can hear it rattle when we are on rougher highways or hit a pothole). There are significant wear markings on the screens that zip up to cover the popup plastic windows (caused by them rubbing on the pneumatic cylinders that drive the popup portion of the camper up and down). There is a small dent on the driver side quarter panel by the side mirror and another small dent on the rear bumper (was there when we bought it several years ago). It has a few minor scratches (not deep) on the rear door that you can only really see if you’re looking for them (but they are there).

Other than that, it’s pretty frickin awesome!!
