Returns are not accepted for new processors if original box are opened, unsealed and processor and cooler used. 

 For any other item as graphics cards , motherboards and any other electronics are 30 Days return policy:

• Serial numbers are recorded for expensive items and will be matched for returned items. 
• There is a 20% restocking fee for retesting, repacking and relisting item.  Return shipping will be paid by buyer. 
• All items (e.g. manuals, software, cables, and the original retail packaging) must be returned undamaged. 
• Motherboards, video cards, processors has to be returned with absolutely no physical damage!
• No scratches or cuts on any side, missing or broken components.  Simply no physical damages. 
• Manufacturers does not repair PC electronic components with absolutely any physical damages, so if you do physical damage – manufacturer warranty is void.
• Motherboards, processors, videocard must be returned in original box with all supplied accessories included. Otherwise, your return request will be declined. 
• Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly on the manufacturers packaging.
• For items sold with free shipping,  the actual cost of shipping to the buyer will be deducted from the refunds Shipping is non refundable for non – defective item.
