Local Pick Up
All items on Free Geek’s eBay Shop are eligible for free local pick up. Simply add your items to your cart, and select the free Local Pickup shipping option at checkout. Please allow at least two hours after your purchase for your order to be ready for pick up. You will receive a message when your order is ready.
Due to limited capacity, we are open only certain hours for pick ups. Monday-Friday 11AM-4PM. Follow the signs to our technology pick up area, an employee will come to the door to help you.
Due to limited space local pickup orders will only be held for 30 days after an order is placed, if an order is not picked up within the 30 day window the order will be subject to cancellation without refund

Returns
We offer free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase, except for items listed AS-IS. Simply request a return through eBay. Return shipping is not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. If you are local, you may drop off your order during regular pick up hours.

Processing
Once the order is paid, please allow us 3-5 business days for handling time. We will update you with a tracking number when your order goes out.
