2. Have a trailer to pick up from the closest carrier terminal

Shipments that arrive damaged must be signed as damaged when received. If there is damage, please ensure you indicate that there is damage to the freight company and contact us to report the damage.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

   • Covers defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
   • Covers defects in workmanship under normal use.
   • Covers broken components under normal use.
3. What will we do to correct problems?
   
   Products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the circumstances.
4. How long does the warranty last?
   
   All Agrotkindustrial products come with a 1-year non-transferable warranty when purchased directly from our website.
5. What isn?t covered?
   
   
   • Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
   • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
   • Damage caused by natural disasters.
   • Damage caused due to not following the user manual.
   • Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out (chisels, blades, etc).
   • Damage caused by use in an environment for which the product is not designed.
   • Theft or loss of a product.

For the problem caused by quality problem, we will ship the parts to your address for free. But we have to charge for parts that are damaged by human beings.
