This is a fabulous  Mercedes diesel, Winnebago era 170a motorhome. We purchased this to do some serious R&R, but as you can see by the very low mileage, this has not happened. Our work plans have changed, so it’s time to let somebody else use it to its potential. It was recently serviced by Mercedes, all fluids changed , oil, trans, rear axle. Runs fantastic, quiet, no rattles. Has back up camera, and all the bells and whistles. Side 2 person couch drops down to make bed, rear twins convert to large queen size bed. Full wet bath, complete kitchen. Full size frig, and microwave. Has outside awning and solar panel to charge batteries. Custom flannel sheets and pillow cases Velcro on and off the tan leather cushions for cleaning. Rooftop heat pump for heat and air. 3 batteries total, 2 deep cycle coach batteries are new in late 2023. Everything works including generator, also very low hours. New tires in 2020. All cabinetry is solid wood, cherry finish, no plastic or particleboard. Dual wheels. Reason for selling, too busy to use, sits in driveway . Gets 20 mpg. You will not be disappointed!!!
