We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and we’re happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections (see Inspection statement below).

FEES: A documentation fee of $399 will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. Sale price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your individual state’s taxes, transfer, or additional fees.

AVAILABILITY: Please inquire prior to purchase to assure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple platforms where a vehicle can sell in a moment’s notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, and we reserve the right to end listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

CONTACT: Note that you may hear from us after to the sale, but if you are a winning bidder, click a Buy-It-Now, or we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours.

INSPECTION: VERY IMPORTANT. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands we cannot address concerns post sale. For this reason, it’s important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. We make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, but use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale.

PAYMENT: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning or commitment to purchase. Full payment is required within 7 days of offer acceptance unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said timeframe, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered void. For balance of payment we will accept bank wire transfer (preferred), cashier’s check, or personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears). We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.

SHIPPING: We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway and upon your schedule. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper’s custody. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.

DRIVE IT HOME: If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, buyer accepts all responsibility as we are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility.

DOCUMENTS & VEHICLE TITLE: All purchase documents are sent immediately upon purchase. To avoid delays, we recommend returning any required documents within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for vehicle titles. Usually titles are available sooner, we ask for the extra time in the event there are unforeseen circumstances.

VIN VERIFICATION: We photograph the primary VIN location of every vehicle and make sure that VIN exactly matches the vehicle’s current title. Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless from any disputes arising from other hidden or secondary VINs present on the vehicle as seller only verifies the primary VIN location. If needed, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify secondary VIN locations their specific state may inspect, prior to purchase.

MILEAGES: Occasionally our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase.

CONDITION: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe our vehicles in detail. Even so, please have a transparent conversation with us before purchasing. Do be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. 1927 Ford Model T ROADSTER

1927 Ford Model T ROADSTER

Price: 105,000.00 USD

1927 Ford Model T ROADSTER

1942-vintage 274 cu. in. Mercury flathead V8 engine with triple carburetors, 1939 Lincoln-Zephyr three-speed manual transmission, dropped tubular front axle with transverse leaf spring, 1934 Ford rear end housing with Halibrand quick-change center section and transverse leaf spring, and 1939 Ford four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 100″

– Best Early Altered T Roadster, 2008 Grand National Roadster Show

– A multiple award winner in period shows, beginning in 1957

– First built in 1952 and featured in Hot Rod in 1954

– Featured in many more period and recent magazine articles

Wally Olson first transformed this 1927 T-Roadster into a show-stopping hot rod in 1952, intended as a family project with his sons. In September 1954, it made its magazine debut in a Hot Rod article entitled “Lil’ Beau T.”

Bill Scott purchased the car in 1954-1955, adding the fenders, headlights, windshield and other items required for street legality. The first evidence of its “Black Widow” moniker dates to the August 1957 issue of Rodding and Re-styling, with an inventory of Bill Scott’s mods, including a new “full house” flathead V8 and front suspension modifications including a tubular axle and shocks. Dean Jeffries applied the pinstriping and graphics. At the 1957 Sacramento Automata, the T won the award for Best Roadster, and by the time the 1959 Hot Rod Annual was published, the name Black Widow stuck.

Bill Scott passed away around 1987, and for several years, his Black Widow deteriorated. In 2005, Richard Riddell, who bravely commenced its complete restoration, found the car. Riddell’s work was extensive, with careful attention paid to reliability and safety of operation.

The doors of the original steel body were welded shut, with the body and paint by Showtime Customs, the frame restored and powder-coated by Capps Powder Coat, the upholstery fitted by Brent’s and brightwork handled by Ace Plating. The hot V8 engine, a circa-1942 Mercury 274-cubic inch “flathead,” was built by RPM Machine and equipped with Edelbrock finned aluminum heads and triple carburetors. The drivetrain comprises a 1939 Lincoln-Zephyr tranny, a 1934 Ford rear end, a Halibrand quick-change center, an enclosed drive shaft and a 1937 Ford tube axle. Braking is by 1939 Ford hydraulic drums all around, while 16-inch wheels and “V8” hubcaps form the rolling stock.

In July 2008, the Hot Rod Deluxe article entitled “Tangled Web” described how Richard Riddell discovered and restored the Black Widow over 3,400 hours to its 1950s glory. In 2008, it won “Best Early Altered T Roadster” at the Grand National Roadster Show. Sadly, Richard passed away shortly after finishing the project, but happily, he was able to see the car’s return to prominence. Now, according to his wife Pat, who literally grew up at the drag-strip, the time has come for another deserving hot rodder to carry on the legacy.

1925 Ford Model T Express Delivery

1925 Ford Model T Express Delivery

Price: 29,900.00 USD

1925 Ford Model T Express Delivery

The success of the mass-produced Ford Model T will forever be recorded in history books. With its launching in 1908, it was built in multiple styles through 1927. With generational design changes along the way, the Model T sold confidently each year as a practical, inexpensive vehicle affordable by almost any working individual with plenty of parts and service centers located just about anywhere you needed. Henry Ford continued to produce America’s affordable Model T at a rapid pace into the late 1920’s, averaging over 1 million units each year! The simplicity of the design, along with nine model choices to choose from, made Ford an easy choice for budget conscience buyers. In some cases, specialty bodies were supplied by independent coach builders to suit individual client requirements, especially in the commercial market.

In the case of this Model T offered here, the body was supplied by Kratzer Carriage Company who built quality, hand-crafted bodies specialized for use as delivery equipment. They were based in Des Moines, Iowa with over 20 distributors throughout the entire state. Their bodies were sold totally constructed using top-grade materials, complete with paint and pinstriping to the buyer’s discretion, and 100% ready to simply bolt onto a Ford chassis.

This Model T offered here is fitted with their Express Type Delivery Truck body. Note the twin hinged doors on both sides with special handle locks when closed & body side retainers to hold them open when necessary; two drop side windows and a rear sliding window for extra ventilation; as well as upper and lower front windshields that also pivot to allow air flow from the front. The seatback cleverly hides coiled springs behind the cushion for added comfort to the driver on longer voyages. At the rear, you will find a flat bed with stained wood planks along with a special, fully boxed enclosure for hauling payloads more securely. Atop each side rail are removable display billboards that can be later personalized to your own taste, along with a folding and removable rear tailgate panel to unload cargo with ease!

This beautiful 1925 Ford Model T Express Delivery Truck was restored many years ago and continues to look and drive truly excellent! Under the hood remains a period correct 177ci Inline 4-cylinder engine rated at approximately 20 horsepower mated to a 2-speed planetary transmission. Our example here was further enhanced with a Rocky Mountain 6-speed transmission which triples the gearing range of the Ford transmission with an Under Drive, Direct Drive, and an Overdrive option for each of the forward gears, even reverse. According to Rocky Mountain literature, this provided 85% more pulling power, and 25% higher top end speed for traveling. They are extremely durable and have a proven industry history.

Other features on this incredibly special Model T include oil wick cowl lamps and rear stop lamp, electric headlamps with Ford lenses, added electric taillamps, auxiliary water pump, electric horn and a brass bulb horn, Ford amp meter, Boyce winged motometer, wood steering wheel, and interior rubber floor mat. This Model T has a documented history dating back to 1960 while still being shown and enjoyed in the Iowa region. It would migrate to Omaha, Nebraska in 1967 where it would earn top honors at the Omaha Antique Auto Hall of Fame Show, and later featured in the Sunday World-Herald Magazine of the Midlands in July 1971 as part of an article highlighting Omaha’s Centennial Model T Club.

Upon arrival to the St. Louis Car Museum & Sales, our service team performed a comprehensive inspection. We ultimately replaced the older gas tank for a brand new unit, sediment bowl with shut-off valve, and drain petcock; rebuilt the carburetor with steel needle & seat, bowl shim, spray nozzle, and gasket set; brand new water pump, connection pipe, hoses & clamps; new 180 degree thermostat, new fluids and oils from the radiator the rear axle; transmission oil screen and cover door gasket; and new ignition switch. It runs absolutely amazing and is ready for the next owner to show with tremendous pride! A Model T in this condition will never last long! Please call with any questions or to schedule your chance to review it in person.

The supercharged 350 engine is a popular choice for hot rod enthusiasts due to its powerful performance capabilities. The cells of a supercharged 350 engine typically consist of a V8 configuration with eight cylinders arranged in a V shape. The supercharger, which compresses air to increase power output, is a prominent feature of the engine setup.

The hot rod frame is likely customized for performance, featuring upgraded suspension components, reinforced chassis, and possibly modifications for improved handling and stability. The original body of the 1929 Ford Model A adds a classic touch to the hot rod build, combining vintage aesthetics with modern performance.

Overall, the cells of a 1929 Ford Model A with a supercharged 350 engine on a hot rod frame and original body would represent a blend of classic design and high-performance modifications, offering a unique driving experience for enthusiasts of custom-built vehicles.
