We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by user operation of software installed post sale. Included batteries of any kind, including laptop batteries, are not covered by this warranty, but may be returned for proper reuse or recycling with equipment that is returned for the above-mentioned reasons.

In the event of a return due to item malfunction, we will attempt to repair the malfunction; if the malfunction cannot be repaired, we will properly recycle the unit and replace with a unit of identical or comparable specifications. if the item cannot be replaced, we will refund the purchase price. We are not obligated to take any action other than those listed above in the event of a return.
