Warranty – item NON WORKING or NOT as described ?

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our computers/laptops. If you receive an item that is NON WORKING or NOT as described – please contact us and we will make it right. Please do not open a eBay dispute before contacting us – this affects our seller ratings. The unit may be perfectly functional when shipped – however during transit the memory/ hard drive/ processor can come loose. Our techs will be happy to assist and troubleshoot hardware errors over the phone.

Our preferred mode of payment is PayPal.

 

Please note that items can only be shipped to the verified shipping address that is submitted with your PayPal payment. If your PayPal address does not match the shipping address, please modify the address before submitting payment. Please notify us of any changes through the eBay Messaging panel. If no notification is received and your item is shipped to the incorrect address you (the buyer) will responsible for any additional charges.

  • We guarantee to ship your item within 48 hours (except weekend and public holidays) after payment has cleared.  This guarantee does not include items that require freight shipping.
  • Your Tracking number will be sent to you via email once the item has been shipped out.
  • Never accept a damaged package! Instead reject the package and contact us ASAP.
