We’re pulling from a large quantity, so most are cosmetically in great shape, but some will have scuffs or small blemishes that do not effect performance. You agree that some can show wear & tear on the outside case and that it doesn’t constitute a return or partial refund.

We sell EVERYTHING AS-IS.
We don’t test every little thing. It could very well work great, but we HAVE TO sell as Parts & Repair to protect ourselves from scammers and nitpickers.
Most of the time, we only test for POWER.
If things do get tested, it’s only for the basics. We state only what we think we know. Drop shippers should not use us.
Computers, Servers, RAM, CPUs & Apple devices get the highest level of testing.
Purchase knowing the reality of what you are buying. The items were recycled for a reason. There are no returns for our items unless stated otherwise.
If we sell something NEW (unused) in sealed packaging… we assume it works. If it doesn’t, then YES – we will happily take the return/ refund your money and offer you a discount on your next order.
What we know about the item (which is very little since we don’t have origin stories for them) is written on the SPEC SHEET. If you want full specs, use Google to find all the full details. You can get really good deals here if you do some research.a
Sometimes, typos and errors occur. Let’s all be cool and work it out via chat before going ALL CAPS boomer on us. We want you to be happy with the deal, so let’s communicate.
We don’t set shipping prices! In fact, we try and lessen the actual weight so you get a better deal. If it’s too expensive, don’t buy it or leave negative feedback because it’s 100% out of our control.
We pack things up the best we can, but delivery companies don’t care. If things arrive damaged, let’s work it out.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International laptop shipments will NOT include Lithium-Ion Laptop batteries. By purchasing laptops from us, ALL International buyers understand that the laptop battery will be pulled, so shipping and customs won’t reject shipments. No partial refund will be applied for lack of battery. DO NOT BUY LAPTOPS FROM US IF YOU REQUIRE THE BATTERY TO BE INCLUDED.
Old Laptops will need new batteries sooner rather than later if marked “working”.
Chargers, Power Cords and Accessories DO NOT come with items unless specifically stated in the description.
