We offer a 30 day warranty on all our computers/laptops. If you receive an item that is NON WORKING or NOT as described – please contact us and we will make it right. The unit may be perfectly functional when shipped – however during transit the memory/ hard drive/ processor can come loose. Our techs will be happy to assist and troubleshoot hardware errors over the phone.
