SHIPPING:

WE WILL NOT SHIP to any address that is not the confirmed registered address of the winning bidder. No exceptions.  Before paying, please ensure your address in eBay is confirmed and is the address you want the item shipped to.

Items are shipped 1-2 business days after payment (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays or emergency-related closures).

Items will be shipped standard ground using either UPS or the US Postal Service, depending upon the size of the order and the shipping address. Due to various certifications and federal regulations our recycling facility must follow, and due to numerous negative issues in the past, we do not ship to international or APO addresses. 

We do not include invoices or any paperwork inside of the shipments.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

All products sold carry a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We will replace the item(s) or offer a full refund. This policy is consistent with, and extends, the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
