No OS is present on the system – unless explicitly mentioned in the item description.   We are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher and if you like to buy the above computers with a legitimate copy of OS installed, please contact us for pricing and OS options.   If you are a Refurbisher and require COA details – please contact us  via ebay messaging panel.

If Ubuntu/Zorin OS is installed – not all device drivers might be present.  Buyer is responsible to install the missing device drivers.

Buying Multiple Units?

If you are interested in buying multiple pieces – please message us since the eBay shipping calculator will not show the correct shipping cost.  If you need larger quantities than what is listed  – we can create a Ebay auction to meet your needs.

Upgrade Processor or Memory / Larger Hard Drive /  Add Video Cards or LCD or Keyboard/mice?

If you need to upgrade the unit – please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to assist you with the upgrade costs.  We can custom build the units to suit your specific needs.  We carry a wide variety of options in our 45,000 sq ft facility.

Warranty – item NON WORKING or NOT as described?

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our computers/laptops.  If you receive an item that is NON WORKING or NOT as described – please contact us and we will make it right.  Please do not open a eBay dispute before contacting us – this affects our seller ratings.   The unit may be perfectly functional when shipped – however during transit the memory/ hard drive/ processor can come loose.  Our techs will be happy to assist  and troubleshoot hardware errors over the phone.

Our preferred mode of payment is PayPal.

 

Please note that items can only be shipped to the verified shipping address that is submitted with your PayPal payment. If your PayPal address does not match the shipping address, please modify the address before submitting payment. Please notify us of any changes through the eBay Messaging panel.
